Billion Ballers Travel Benefits Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Billion Ballers travel benefits program, including flight and hotel booking assistance, available exclusively to eligible members.
By using any travel related benefit, service, quote, booking assistance, or recommendation provided by Billion Ballers, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The Billion Ballers travel program is a discretionary membership benefit offered to eligible members.
Membership fees are paid for access to the Billion Ballers membership club and its collection of benefits, rewards, discounts, promotions, and member services.
Membership fees are not paid in exchange for any specific flight, hotel booking, discount, savings amount, travel outcome, or guaranteed travel service.
No member is guaranteed access to any particular fare, route, airline, hotel, rate, discount, availability, or level of savings
Travel benefits are available exclusively to active Platinum members whose memberships are current and in good standing.
Billion Ballers reserves the right to suspend, modify, restrict, or discontinue travel benefits at any time without notice.
Billion Ballers may assist members in sourcing discounted Business Class and First Class flight options through its network of travel partners, consolidators, and suppliers.
Any references to savings percentages, including but not limited to 10% to 30% off, are illustrative examples only and do not constitute a guarantee, representation, or promise of savings.
Actual savings may be higher, lower, or unavailable entirely.
Savings depend on numerous factors including:
• Airline inventory
• Route availability
• Travel dates
• Passenger demand
• Seasonal pricing
• Promotional activity
• Supplier availability
• Currency fluctuations
• Market conditions
Certain routes, dates, airlines, or fare classes may have no available savings compared to publicly available prices.
Members acknowledge that Billion Ballers cannot guarantee savings on every request.
Billion Ballers may provide access to preferred hotel rates and hotel booking opportunities through third party suppliers and partners.
Any advertised hotel savings, including references to discounts of up to 20% or similar amounts, are illustrative only and are not guaranteed.
Hotel rates, discounts, room availability, blackout periods, cancellation policies, and booking conditions are determined by the relevant hotel, supplier, or booking provider.
Billion Ballers does not guarantee the availability of any hotel, room category, rate, discount, or booking outcome.
All travel requests are subject to availability at the time of inquiry and booking.
Availability may change without notice between quotation and confirmation.
Billion Ballers does not guarantee:
• Any specific airline
• Any specific hotel
• Any specific route
• Any specific fare• Any specific room category
• Any specific travel date
• Any advertised saving amount
• Any booking outcome
A requested booking may be unavailable, sold out, withdrawn, changed, or repriced at any time.
All quotations are indicative only until confirmed in writing.
Prices may change at any time before ticketing or booking confirmation.
Quoted prices may expire without notice.
Billion Ballers is under no obligation to honour expired, unavailable, incorrect, promotional, or pricing error quotations.
All flights, hotels, accommodations, and travel products are supplied by independent third parties.
Billion Ballers does not own, operate, manage, or control airlines, hotels, accommodation providers, travel suppliers, booking systems, or transportation providers.
Members acknowledge that all travel arrangements are ultimately subject to the terms, conditions, policies, and decisions of the relevant supplier.
Billion Ballers accepts no responsibility for:
• Flight delays
• Flight cancellations
• Missed connections
• Schedule changes
• Aircraft changes
• Airline insolvency
• Lost baggage• Hotel closures
• Hotel overbookings
• Room quality disputes
• Service issues
• Travel disruptions
• Government restrictions
• Visa issues
• Border restrictions
• Weather events
• Force majeure events
Any claims relating to travel services must be directed to the relevant supplier.
All flight and hotel bookings are subject to the refund, cancellation, amendment, and fare rules imposed by the relevant supplier.
Billion Ballers cannot override supplier restrictions or policies.
Where a booking is non refundable, partially refundable, or subject to penalties, those conditions will apply.
Membership fees are separate from travel bookings and are non refundable solely because:
• A requested discount was unavailable
• A booking could not be sourced
• A booking did not achieve expected savings
• Travel plans changed
• A supplier modified pricing or availability
Members are solely responsible for ensuring all travel information supplied is accurate.
This includes:• Passenger names
• Passport information
• Travel dates
• Destinations
• Contact details
• Visa requirements
• Entry requirements
Additional costs resulting from incorrect information remain the responsibility of the member.
Due to supplier and inventory limitations, Billion Ballers may be unable to provide discounted Business Class or First Class flight options on certain routes.
In particular, discounted flight opportunities are generally not available for travel between Australia and the following destinations:
• Bali (Indonesia)• Singapore• Thailand• India• Malaysia• Vietnam• Japan• South Korea• Hong Kong• China• Philippines• Sri Lanka• Nepal• Taiwan• Cambodia• Laos
This includes departures from any Australian city, including but not limited to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Darwin, Gold Coast, and Hobart.
These routes may still be booked through standard airline channels; however, Billion Ballers does not guarantee discounted fares, preferred pricing, or travel savings on these routes.
Billion Ballers reserves the right to add, remove, or modify route exclusions at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billion Ballers, its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or economic loss arising from:
• Use of travel benefits
• Inability to obtain travel benefits
• Supplier actions or omissions
• Travel disruptions
• Changes in pricing
• Booking availability
• Missed savings opportunities
• Errors made by third party providers
Any liability that cannot legally be excluded shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.
Any savings examples, testimonials, advertisements, social media posts, website content, member stories, case studies, or promotional materials are provided for illustrative and marketing purposes only.
Past savings achieved by other members do not guarantee future savings.Individual results will vary.
Billion Ballers reserves the right to modify, suspend, replace, restrict, or discontinue any travel benefit, supplier relationship, discount program, booking service, or travel offering at any time without notice.
By maintaining an active membership and using any travel related benefit offered by Billion Ballers, members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
