Flights Services Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Billion Ballers Flight Services available exclusively to Platinum members with an active subscription. By accessing or using this service, you agree to the following terms:
Eligibility
• The flight booking service is available exclusively to active Platinum Members of Billion Ballers.
• Users must maintain an active, paid membership to access flight discounts and services.
Flight Discounts
• Members receive 30% to 70% off standard retail prices on Business Class and First Class flights.
• Discount levels vary depending on the airline, route, travel dates, and overall demand.
• Discounts are guaranteed to beat the airline’s public website prices, except in cases where promotional fares are already significantly reduced.
Booking Window
• Discounted fares are typically available for travel dates within 10 to 30 days from the date of booking.
• If your requested travel date is more than 30 days away, our team will hold your request and begin sourcing discounted options as the travel date approaches.
• This approach ensures we secure the best possible rates within the optimal booking window.
Airline Partners
Discounted flights are available through major international airlines, including:
• Emirates
• Etihad Airways
• Qatar Airways
• United Airlines
• Air France
Route Limitations
We specialize in providing flight discounts on popular routes across Asia, particularly:
• Bali
• Thailand
• Singapore
• India
While we aim to beat standard online prices, we may not be able to do so for routes that are already heavily discounted or offered through limited-time promotions.
Availability
• All flight bookings are subject to availability at the time of inquiry.
• If your travel date is more than 39 days away, we will monitor pricing and follow up with options once optimal discount windows open (typically within 10–30 days of travel).
Pricing Transparency
• All quoted fares will be compared to publicly listed rates on airline websites at the time of inquiry.
• If we are unable to beat the public price, you will be informed before proceeding.
Third-Party Responsibility
• Flights are arranged through trusted consolidators and authorized booking agents.
• Billion Ballers is not responsible for airline operational decisions such as delays, cancellations, or rebookings.
Refunds & Cancellations
• All bookings are subject to the refund and cancellation policies of the respective airlines.
• Billion Ballers does not charge additional fees for cancellations, but cannot override airline-imposed penalties or restrictions.
Member Responsibilities
• Members are responsible for submitting accurate travel information, including passenger names (as per passport), travel dates, and destinations.
• Any post-booking changes may incur additional charges or be restricted by airline policies.
Limitation of Liability
• Billion Ballers will not be liable for any financial loss, inconvenience, or disruption caused by flight delays, cancellations, rescheduling, or any other airline-related issues.
Modifications
• Billion Ballers reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the flight services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
